Management and operation of public facilities

We manage and operate public facilities through the Designated Manager system, PFI projects, and outsourcing agreements.

Children's centres and after-school child health and development projects (contract basis)

We operate children's centres, school children's clubs, and after-school children's classes that play a role in creating a safe and secure community where all children can grow up healthily.

Correctional education and social rehabilitation support

At five correctional facilities, including Japan's first public-private partnership prison, we develop and implement educational programs and vocational training aimed at preventing recidivism and rehabilitating inmates, as well as provide operational support.

Bidding for various public projects

Based on ShoPro's extensive business knowledge we participate in bidding for, and are entrusted with, a wide variety of public projects by central government ministries and agencies, external organizations (such as independent organizations), prefectural governments, and municipal offices.
